I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location; it's so central and close to everything you need, from supermarkets to beautiful parks. The rooms were just the right size, and having a kitchenette was a major plus. While the front desk made a bit of a fuss about sending a confirmation email instead of stamping passports, their friendliness and willingness to help really stood out. The only downside was their attempt to sell us a Tango show package that they claimed was the best deal available.

The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were bright and sunny with a great view over the cathedral, well-sized, and very clean, but they were a bit noisy in the early hours. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was some attempt to upsell a Tango show. The location was excellent for exploring Buenos Aires, close to key attractions and amenities, but there were some challenges with the tourist information and restaurant seating. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good vegan pizza but disappointing breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
